Im not underestimate the 3rd license...but previous permits ann, good deals and other positive reports have done barely any upwards movement on the SP, even when it did,it got pull down shortly after..if those similar ann had happen to other MM stock they could potentially created a upward movement of 30-40% at the very least...someone or some group is playing THC like a puppet behind the curtain trying to keep it at the 0.50-0.60 line...sooner or later longterm holders are going to get sick of it..its immensely frustrating for someone like me who have been holding THC a little after the IPO.
