Post: 4874594 ..think the market had already priced in the farminee..

Naza, take care making statements like this around here.
Last week I made similar comments in post #4867612 on 18/12/2009.
For that a joker in Post: 4867642 had a go at me.
Heads in the sand you are right there Naza.

MEO is far from risk-free at this stage.

The farminee has not been named.
Is the farminee a financially strong, substantial and respected company?
There are still no binding agreements in place!
Will MEO and the farminee, once they get to trash out the T&Cs (next year?), agree on the finer terms of the JV agreement?
    Will they get FRIB approval?
Will they be successful in securing a drilling rig for 2010 or will we see another famous MEO slide?
How long before all the hurdles are overcome and more certainty is introduced?
Will the drilling program, once commenced, be successful?

The downtrend in MEOs sp over the last three months has not turned to an uptrend.

Too much uninformed hype and or just good ol chat-room pump in some posts?

    IMHO DYOR.

PS. Feel free to add to or list your reasons for objecting to any of the above risk factors, but please do so in a cheerful Christmas spirit.
Have a go at the issue - not the messenger Cheers.
