I think you will find that the (or a) bot is attempting to pull the price up - as has been the case for much of post consol trading. Also for this period most of the trading has been coming from off screen - as it is today. Today's difference is that on screen buy bids (probably 'retail') have almost completely collapsed.
The sell offers, which are and have been, mostly way off the action have decreased somewhat but are still way overloaded. The players are still playing, but have pulled their on screen buys and most retails have gone elsewhere, probably due to boredom. Could be good or bad, who knows.
