Consolidation generally means a drift lower in price. This may not be the case here.. since it can't drift much lower at present price...jacking up the share price makes it easier to drift lower. ...consolidation does that. of course that ws never the plan. No one plans for SP to drop (i hope not anyway)....but that is what generally happens in my experience. They will have to do something to get the price UP before consolidation.
