do the customers pay ongoing fees to manage the land per year or is it a once off fee for planting ?

do the carbon credits occur every year per hectare? what happens if the plants dont grow as expected due to drought or burnt out with fire? do you loose part or get a percentage of the credit ? does ccf loose money

what happens if the trees die or get disease ? does ccf have to replant them ? at whos cost



one downfall of the tax effective schemes was they needed to sell more and more to pay the costs of the original schemes wasnt it ?




i cant see any real barriers to entry, you just need land dont you ?
