    Not a fan of the whole "Carbon" debate, but given there are about 80m shares this looks very cheap.

    At 30c, the company has a cap of around $24M... $9m in the bank. EV is $15M.... trading well below a PE of 1 on FY 2014.

    Lots of political risk, but looks like a cheap entry below 30c.
