There's no demand for a HR candidate vetting & on-boarding solution? The total addressable market (TAM) for HR software is 'minuscule'?

1) Is that why Amazon also signed a deal with 1PG?
2) Is that why 1PG managed to raise A$50MM (Oct 2015) from, to quote the CEO at the time, 'high quality institutional investors'?

Please, with all of your knowledge in this area, explain to me how - with no demand for their product - 1PG, RFN, ELO, LVH and others (this list only includes Australia, feel free to include international examples) have managed to raise cumulatively over A$200MM in the past three years from retail & sophisticated investors alike?

How 'smart' was the 'smart money' that flew into 1PG and RFN?

Yes, GSW's TAM is huge and global... so was 1PG's.
Yes, GSW has inked a 'deal' with AMZN... so did 1PG.
Yes, GSW has 'sophisticated investors' participating in its latest CR... so did 1PG and every other bloody ASX stock that ever existed.
