Price action on the weekly chart is starting to look good and due for a turn around. The below chart does indicate there is a lot of work too do at 84cents imo.
Have a look at the daily chart and the gap it left back in November 09, it came in and had a clean hit right @ 55cents.
It appears job done but daily did leave some gaps from this week which might see it come back and fill next few weeks.
Overall it does look good and I think if it does get going we can repeat that range and maybe see high $1.8-$2.
