I thought there was no 'legal' short selling of WBT too, but I did see that 350k or so on that shortlist yesterday for the 4th or whatever. Which isn't much anyway, nor any of the other amt's, and there was none at all for yesterday!
So the shorting isn't a issue, anyway it seems.
