There is 1 very small dilution event coming up in (I think) September which was known prior to listing.

Other than this, I think the large holders would be very averse to a dilution unless it was absolutely needed there was no other option (which I highly doubt will ever be the case for EOF), or the raising was for a very big purchase which was being funding from also listing on the NASDAQ or something very big.....

I would still conclude that the continued strength today is due to your bagless cat who has hailed a taxi to the airport, enjoyed a wine in the business lounge and is now boarding a flight to Kentucky with the quarterly figures in the carry on luggage.....
