    Very interesting and big call.... Considering your background and that you have been pretty close to 100% correct on this forum thus far naturally I am going to take your word for it, but it will be interested and hopefully pleased to see exactly what eventuates.


    But if not June, do you happen to have an idea as to the timeframe of Hemp Black launch/subsequent NASDAQ listing?


    Also do you happen to know if listing on NASDAQ will also likely include a capital raise for the yanks (hence dilution), or will it just be that they will have an opportunity to buy the existing share on market with a US exchange?
