no disrespect to anyone here but you are all in love with the stock. to be dispassionate what do we actually have

1. a fabulous resource YES
2. the right to mine it NO
3. infrastructrue to get it anywhere NO
4. governmental contracts to use it NO
5. offshore contracts NO
6. Capex to build it in a dire market NO

This is a fabulous resource period. It will take the boxes above to be ticked to get it going and it remains speculative and high risk and is priced accordingly. You could double the resource and it wouldnt really matter. the other bottle necks need sorted to get the SP up
