Kirbie, the only problem is this is a sale of an asset not a takeover offer. I'm not so sure AGS would be required to release an offer to the market for the sale of an asset. They didn't with Maldon, we never voted on the sale of Maldon.
If it was a takeover offer for AGS they would have to release it to the market asap.
