Perhaps you might be able to get answers from AGS to the following;
a: On what date was the Offer from Quasar received ?
b: On what date did the AGS Board formally resolve to reject the offer?
c: On what date was the latest "Exploration Drilling" information received from Heathgate/Quasar?

Answers would clear up some of the (mis?)conceptions that many have regarding the probity of the Boards actions.
