Is not Peter Wall broking for 3 or more companies for acquisitions of tech businesses?
So does he put the same opportunity to all 3 shell company remaining directors and sees who is the most keen to proceed? What if they all want in, do they put their best bid in and Peter Wall is excluded from the voting or. Meeting etc.
Would the tech business owners want to meet the individual directors themselves to see if they can work together? Or are those mining directors simply replaced for new value adding directors?
Is Peter Walls position on the board if directors purely transitional. I imagine so.
Do they meet the major shareholders? I would have thought so.
Do they examine the profile of the shareholders? Probably only the to 10 holders?
Any thoughts?
