Current SOI / Outstanding Performance Shares

It looks like the disinformation campaign is kicking in again so I thought I would make a start and actually post clear facts about MRQ to save anything like has gone on in the past.

We once had the poster BJ789 come on and started spruiking that there were 3billion shares, undiluted......

This happened to be on a day when MRG Metals was on a run and I can only guess at the motivation to start to post like this.

So, the current SOI is - 1,540,669,878

There are also 171,042,000 options out there convertible at 2.5c on or before 30/06/2023


There are also some outstanding performance shares, but there is no chance of them getting issued in my view.

For them to be issued MRQ has to have completed as SS showing positive economics or the projects be sold for $100mAUD or above

So 23rd November 2018 + 30 months is 23rd May 2021, less than a month away..........

Now as MRG hasn't even started a SS yet, I can see no possible way to have one completed in less than a month, and if the projects/tenements sell for over $100million AUD then I don't really care about them getting issued, but I can't see that happening.

SO THERE WILL BE NO MORE ADDITIONAL PERFORMANCE SHARES ADDED TO THE SOI IN MY VIEW
