In regards to takeovers, I believe all shareholders are able to vote on any proposed deal.
Which is why a potential take over is very unlikely unless we get $10 a share - say.
IMO, we are doing things the right way - off take/s first and possible financing second and then maybe a large shareholder to come in, but actually , it looks as if we may not need one.
