for me, I'm two big things that mater and make the difference are:
- who is able to win a reliable
management?
- which management shows their confidence by putting their own money into the project (not free oppies or shares or "symbolic amounts of some few thousand)?
BGS has both at the
moment (got Alturas Manager and directors Money as part of the CR).
Also AJM is a similar example at the moment.
