Low volume = easy to manipulate, the LOI signed with a time frame ending June, mining exploitation permit due around the same time,,,,,,,, if people want to sell and can't wait 3 months then that's fine. Nothing will move this before June except a left of field announcement and BGS just doesn't get them, never has.
