Forget miracles. Or you will be tossing this lot out in six months. How about being patient, giving the team, no longer new, time to actually understand what they are doing and get on with the job. You have a team largely inexperienced in Africa, let alone Mali and a CEO who was a COO and has a huge learning curve ahead of him still. The coup was launched because some wanted a miracle. Didn't happen. If you really want BGS to sink keep talking the same talk. Those who want BGS to succeed recognise that it will all take time, a lot of time, and now, even more time with the management change.
What was that line someone posted about Birimian shareholders 'planting a crop and then pulling it up to check the roots.' Stop checking. Start trusting.
