No, you won't see international assistance. The UN is already involved. This is par for the course doing business in most parts of Africa. These are the factors the management team needs to completely understand and work with as a reality and perhaps a constant.
Anyone who thinks 'Mali' as part of the company name is a plus, needs to rethink. The project is complicated enough as it is.
