Perhaps we are speaking through our pockets, we don't accept that directors are not responsible for the actions of the board. They are jointly and severally responsible for the board's action or non action.
These individuals came in as a group, they cannot claim ignorance of action of their colleagues especially on company's affairs.
They also received the company 's performance rights options and stood to benefit from them if the company' s shares rises.
