The only infrastructure costs that can usefully be shared, from KOD's point of view, is the processing plant. It makes sense to have just the one and that on land where there is already a water source (we have a river running through Bougouni East) and which doesn't impinge on valuable resource land. The backsite, secured by BGS, at the rear of the two tenements snaffled by KOD does not have direct access to the road and that could only be achieved by trespassing on BGS's resource-rich flagship tenement.
Ive never suggested a buy-out by either one of the other but a joint partnership makes eminently good sense and a merger of the two would overcome some of the more difficult issues of working out relative shares in the value of the product, especially when it will be KOD's land on which the processing plant is located and their water which is being used in that process.
Let's wait and see what your Chinese friends come up with by way of a funding solution. We already have ours. GLA.
