Establishing a company takes time. Establishing in Africa takes time. Establishing in Mali takes more time. Constant change of management takes even more time. Constant shareholder meddling will take even more time than the rest. For the sake of the company, give this management team time, and that means years, to get the experience and knowledge they need and to do what needs to be done. The major task is money to run the company and have money to do something, let alone the vast sums needed to actually build a mine. The greatest gift from shareholders would be trust and patience. Novel, sure, but the lesson needs to be learned sometime.
