that's due to manipulation !!!
at 3.46 today there was 1929 @ 0.15 on the sell side , so i threw in an order for 2000 @0.155 ,..well that didn't go down too well with the brokerage house they instantly cancelled the order and i got a prompt phone call asking why someone with such a large holding would want to buy such a small parcel,instantly another 72500 appeared on the sell side @0.15 ,only to be removed at the close .its not only the manipulators we need to fend off ,it seems they are being aided and abetted by the brokers as well
