Ruifu managed to lose face with us (not the other way around) by failing to come up with the 10% deposit on their previous agreement with our Board to buy the deposit. That made it very difficult for us to deal further with them. [It obviously hasn't stopped them from continuing to operate in the industry... but I agree with much of the rest of your post]
