What I meant is that the hard rock lithium from Rhyolite cannot be processed in the same way spodumene can. The other chunk of their resource is a clay deposit. That is why they have built a pilot plant; they need to demonstrate viability.
Like you said I might have a look at those companies in 2-3 years. If Ioneer can hustle up the $600m+USD capex for their 1.5mtpa operation, it should do fairly well. You would likely make many more multiples than INR if MLL is able to raise $200mUS for a 2mtpa plant though.
But this is like comparing apples to oranges, INR is more of a boron deposit than lithium imo. Hopefully both are able to make it, but maybe post your INR spruiking on the INR thread?
