Actually the mica is actually quite low compared to most deposits, it reiterates this in the report.

Re-reading it, it seems that the review of testwork data is based upon the 2017-2018 studies and provides explanation of why initial recoveries were fairly poor for the quality of grade. By implementing the HPGR and further refining the initial testwork, they seem confident that the recoveries will improve and I tend to agree with this.

Problem is we need to wait for DFS to see the results. I would not be surprised if a flowsheet similar to PLS/AJM is adopted, with adjustments made to the flotation circuit build based upon the issues those plants have had with fines.
