    I'm not overly concerned about dilution due to the opportunity to take up the entitlement issue and the free options. The elephant in the room is point 3 in the notes:

    3. The Company reserves the right to issue further securities in conjunction with the Offer using its existing 15% capacity.

    To me the biggest issue is who are these for?
