I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND.

If our Lithium resource is so great, why are we raising piddling amounts of capital at a basement price. And all of sudden the BOD are shifting focus to the gold assets, probably as a distraction, which may end up being great, but is pretty much dragging the company back to being an explorer--where a SP of 8 cents is more realistic. That said, it would mean that the Lithium resource is worth very little.
