This seems to be playing out like the moments before a Tsunami. There's a rumble in the distance & a little shake. There's been an earthquake. We can't see it here on the beach but unbeknownst to us the hidden wave is racing across the ocean. Soon the tide is seemingly going out but the beachside vendors, who make their money from the tourists say there's nothing to worry about & continue to sell their wares.

The next Tsunami will be one of electrification. There's been a rumble in the distance & a little shake in the boardrooms of big oil & establishment auto. Like the beach vendors they're saying that there's nothing to worry about as they sell you their wares . . . but the wave is racing across the ocean & they know that it's coming. The difference here is that they've thrown everything they have trying to stop it & yes, they've slowed it down by producing ugly electric cars with rubbish range, by incredible media scrutiny, by political power & even short selling Tesla, the western worlds electrification leader. The oil barons have owned the game & will fight with unimaginable power to retain the status quo . . but the game is up & oil is on the losing side.

Electrification is sweeping the globe, constrained now by production capabilities alone. The miners have responded & now the last sector squeeze is in battery production. The world capacity is being increased daily & with it will come electrification domination. EV sales hit 2% last month in the USA on a seriously growing trajectory but overall sales of cars are down. We are currently witnessing the going out of the tide for the Internal Combustion Engine & the Electrification Tsunami will arrive with a relentless surge which will flatten big oil & sweep all before it.

If you can pardon the pun, our share price is trash but our Resource is Gold.
