Every property and artifact of our deposit has been defined or is well on it's way to being defined. Research is nearly complete. As it should be. Any projects team can manage those deliverables. The internals have been - to an extent - de-risked.

The deliverables of this project that will turn us into a business requires a specialised skill set. These deliverables remain incomplete. And the salaries have been paid to do it.

Unless there has been some serious progress made between now and mid-April in terms of announcements and MC turnaround, you can expect the MC to fall even further with the expectation of a further CR to keep management around to continue to not close the 3 deals required.

I make no apologies for my impatience here. We have not seen the deals required to generate value. I'm concerned we have only done the work for someone else with capital to swoop in and take a well defined project off our hands to execute when the market is right.
