Of course this Covid19 epidemic is a rapidly developing and concerning situation and my heart goes out to all affected. This ISN'T the FLU, contagion rate much higher. We NEED to listen to Government advice please. I'm not a Doctor so ignorant, I will leave this matter to the professionals rather than trying to influence investors with BS like some Redhearts do here on HC!
What we should look at are STATISTICS. Those numbers coming out of China (MOU's) are encouraging and with a LOW infection rate so far in Mali then fingers xed timelines could be met imo.

Obviously priorities are the welfare of all way ahead of money. We will get through this stronger than ever with a level playing field imo.
