    Hey guys,

    I'm just wondering if the following would work?

    People on here have mentioned salary cuts of 30%? Do you think the BoD would go for a 15% cut and with the other 15% of their salary the company buys shares on their behalf? It would increase their ownership and the wouldn't be sacrificing a full 30%?

    What are your thoughts?
