Take Liontown for example. Their CEO was earning about $100k less than Chris, has come forward and taken a 45% reduction in salary. He is now earning circa $120k for a company that is worth almost 10x MLL market cap.
Chris is currently being paid $318k to run company that has gone from circa 18c to 4c under his leadership.
So no, I don't think 15% will cut it. 45-60% would seem reasonable given economic climate and performance thus far.
