But my guess instead is it's some punter/s looking to buy before our next (expected) update, and then flipping it for 10%, or whatever they can get.

Or...is this the beginning of the (slow) rebuild ?

At any rate, can't see things changing at the pace we're all wanting.

Just have to sit it out, like everyone.

We have the resource, but will we be able to dig it up and sell it ?
