tbh i agree most of your points. However, i dont think any of the onus should be on the shareholders, i think shareholders have already done more than enough to support the company, we've been through a few capital raises and even got rid of two sets of management.
the current board did what they had to do to stay a afloat at a cost, i understand that that. Them taking equity as part of salary is good but I only think they did it because of the situation at hand (i.e. could have done this whenever over the past 2 years). TBH Borgy and Chris were the only reasons why I had faith in management.
I think people need to be on board with selling this asset/company because this current board isnt fit to take this to production and I think we are better off selling the asset to someone else at a lump sum and derisking rather than try our hand at production with a good risk it wont be profitable in the short term i.e. pls/ajm/gxy/taw with Chris gone this risk increased.
