Lots of talk over at PLS about increases recent number of shipments and the size of shipments. PLS also just received a refinancing at 5% interest suggesting financial institutions see lithium as a safer bet than their previous 12% interest finance package.
Seems to be some early signs of a lithium turnaround, I could be reading too deep into it though.
