Be good if they did a $1.5 million raise with a TH before open today. SPP or something else.
The market will assume a CR is coming anyway whether the plan is to scrape through till post gold plan/dfs or not. May as well do it today at 14 cents and stop any SP bleed. $1.5 million is good for 12 months with current strategy and minimal dilution.
