Its absolutely unacceptable to have people making commercial decisions about a company of this nature on our behalf with no skin in the game.

Here's a question for you: hypothetically, if BGS mgmt were approached for a T/O offer significantly more than the current share price, would you be happy with someone who has 0 current financial interest in the company deciding whether or not to put the offer to shareholders?
