The same people complaining here about the BOD not being big holders would be first to threaten to sue if they bought a big stake at the current price and a week later the sale agreement was completed and the price tripled.
If you cant deal with your emotions of being underwater pricewise without attacking the people that are working hard to make you rich you are in the wrong game.
I definitely would not want a ceo or chairman that would be dumb enough to excercise underwater options running my investment.
Be careful what you wish for, plenty of shares where the board have big holdings and the little guy gets the shaft or sustained share price weakness like AOG as small shareholders have to keep looking over their shoulder.
Sit tight and let them execute, if you are underwater at this price average down if it suits your investment profile. We are a hell of a lot closer now to real value than anytime before, when it happens you will be glad you held your nerve. GLTAH
