It's a tough gig being a market contrarian. Being the only one buying while everybody else wants to get out. It is where the money is made though. Trust we're all starting to make a little money?

Start of 2020 we had a DFS in a flaccid commodity. Today we have:
    1. Imminent news on a competitive JV offer being run by one the worlds premier deal makers in a commodity that is screaming. I suspect spod price to be between $720 and 800 in real terms.
    2. Superb lithium tenement.
    3. 2m.oz of gold and a process plant
    4. Cashflow
    5. 2 doctorate and experienced MD's delivering the separate projects.
    6. Notice from Sprott

I'm still expecting the following value accretive milestones in the next two months:
    1. Resource upgrade for various gold pits
    2. Life of Mine plan for gold project.
    3. JV announcement, securing a portion of project capital, off take or both.
    4. Continued run in spod price
    5. Continued run in gold price

Might be longer who knows; thought I see the investment thesis at this point to be as simple as waiting for keystone project deliverables for hot commodities. Must be those interesting times Finn keeps talking about.

Also, side note. Spodumene DFS was based on a price we have long since passed. Thinking that an aftertax NPV of $1.2B is starting to look a little low.
