Not so sure that a low ball takeover would eventuate as the above posters you mentioned had enough clout to remove the old board so they might just have enough clout to block a takeover.
As i said before this sell down is across the board so not specific to BGS so if you have some spare coin maybe this is a time to top up, can't go much lower can it???
