Spin out companies happen. as said, it has been thrown around here for years. ML... when he was big on this company, stated he thought the lithium and and the gold should be spun out. Don’t really have an opinion of him, but his idea arOund that was valid.

sale of the lithium was also added into the voting forms as a possible criteria for performance options... so is that possible or likely ?
