current sp defies logic

Can anyone beleive the current level of the BND share price?

I find it quite amazing that is remains rediculously low, and dropping further over the past few weeks, especially when the company has continuously highlighted the positive situation of the company.

Only yesterday they posted the presentation from the RBS Morgans Conference (extremely positive overview) and the price dropped another couple of cents.

It really is an absurd situation.
