    Before you vote on the share option plan please consider the following.

    For an employee wages/salary is based on certain criteria including skill level, experience and hours worked.

    For the self employed remuneration is a product of many factors including hours worked and performance.

    For the executives of a public company there is no such criterea. I am not aware of any rigid guidelines that would demand an executive maintain any hours. An executive may attend meetings by phone and may provide negligible hours in attendance. Many influential people are made directors of companies simply for the respect they have accumulated and the influence they can excersize. They may never be required to attend an office.

    For many reasons including those outlined above it is not acceptable to relate remuneration of these executives with a salary position. Remuneration must be entirely based on performance, it must have strict guidelines to prevent abuse, it must be continually reviewed and it must NEVER be decided or controlled by the executives who will benifit from the remuneration.
