    I agree with your comment.

    The release of news within this period does have significance to the current conversation. Considering the information provided to the company of late it is inconceivable they would again accidentally release news to the market at the worst possible time.

    Clearly it is evident the company will not change its present management philosophy unless they are forced to do so.
