    I cannot understand why the directors HAVE NOT put their own hands into their pockets to buy shares on the market if this is a no brainier. To show confidence they should. If you work somewhere and believe in the story wouldn't you invest in that story???? This to me is showing NO FAITH and a little disappointing. Lead by example....
