I guess in theory it would be possible turps.
But a patch is about surface area. 2 actives would probably require twice the size patch.
Also I'd imagine it would complicate trials and approval as 2 actives are being mixed.
And I also believe pushing the active into the skin requires an environment in the patch that makes it want to leave. And this environment is probably different for each active.
Probably best to keep them separate.
