"Terrible downward cycle"...Are you kidding me ! You had 12 months or more trading at between 1 and 2 cents, 4 weeks of it getting to the dizzy heights of 9 cents and now 3 days of it cooling it's heels....It is still 300% plus fo where it was for a year or more...perspective me thinks !!
